ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Submit Your Abstract Today !!!

  • Please write your abstract in French or English, adhering to the one-page A4 limit. You can use the following template Youssef EL FOUTAYENI for writing your abstract.
  • Online submission via SciencesConf system enables you to create an account and save your abstract. If you already have a SciencesConf account, you will be able to submit your abstract directly.
  • Once you have saved your abstract, you can later edit or update it until you feel it is ready for submission.
  • All abstracts must be submitted before the deadline of February 28, 2025

SUBMISSION PROCEDURE
The steps to submit a communication are as follows:
  1. Log in to Sciencesconf.org using the "Sign In" button at the top right of this page (if not already logged in, create an account by clicking the downward arrow instead).
  2. Go to "My Space" > "My Submissions" and click on "Submit Communication".
  3. Follow the instructions. By default, the procedure consists of 4 steps:
  4. (3a) Metadata Step
Enter the title, short abstract (maximum 500 words), and the related thematic(s) of your communication (to select more than one thematic, hold down the "ctrl" key on Windows and the "command" key on Mac OS).
    (3b) Author(s) Step
This section allows you to enter the authors of your submission. You can enter as many authors as you like by clicking on "Enter an Author". For each author, indicate whether they are a presenter or not.
    (3c) File(s) Step
This step allows you to upload the Word file containing the long presentation text of your communication. Don't forget to click on the "Upload" button. The file should appear at the bottom, under FILE.
    (3d) Summary Step
This final step allows you to review your submission (all entered metadata and the file containing the long text). Ensure that the presenter(s) have their names underlined (if not, this can be corrected by going back to step (3b) and clicking on the edit pencil rather than using the checkbox). If you wish to modify any information, click on the previous steps. If you wish to conclude the submission procedure, click on "Submit".

A detailed documentation of the submission procedure and tracking a submission (the different statuses of a submission; how to modify a submission; how to access reviewer notes and comments) is available at this address: https://doc.sciencesconf.org/export/sciencesconf.pdf
For any questions related to the submission process, please send a message to icramcs@gmail.com.

CALL FOR PAPER AND SUBMISSION

  1. SELECTION PROCESS FOR BEST PRESENTATIONS AND POST-CONFERENCE PUBLICATION

If the paper receives two positive reviews, we will notify the author of a provisional acceptance (not final) and inform them of the suitable journal, selected by reviewers according to the nature of the paper. Once the author agrees with the journal choice, we will forward the full paper and both positive reviews to the chosen journal's editor. Please note that the ICRAMCS conference does not request any publication fees. However, if the selected journal charges publication fees, these will be the responsibility of the author, who will pay directly to the journal. ICRAMCS conference has no role in fee arrangements; this matter is solely between the author and the journal.
